Does it cost extra to have the patches sewn onto personalised bags?
No it doesn’t cost extra to have us sew the patches on for you. We charge for the patch only.
Our team of professional sewers will permanently sew the patches and letters nice ‘n straight,and we’ll centre it too.
Because we don’t compromise on quality, your patches will stay on your child’s personalised handbag for a long time!
How do I keep my child’s personalised handbag clean?
There are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to maintaining a child's personalised handbag.
Firstly, our bags are machine washable so will last a long time!
Secondly, always ensure that you empty the bag out on a regular basis and wipe it down with a damp cloth to keep it looking its best. For bags that get super dirty, empty it and throw it in the wash! Comes out brand new.
Finally, be sure to store the bag in a cool, dry place when not in use. By following these simple tips, you can help your child keep their personalised handbag looking fabulous for years to come!
Are there any other options for sticking the patches and letters on the bags?
There absolutely are! Our patches and letters actually come with an adhesive backing so that you can buy them separately and stick them onto your kid’s personalised handbag yourself.
However, this method does not have the longevity that sewing the patches on does. With this in mind, we are only able to guarantee that the patches won’t come off if we sew them on for you.
Having said this, the adhesive on the back of the patches is not only practical on your child’s personalised handbag, but it also works well on flat, solid surfaces. So you could stick them on phone covers, notebooks, or journals too. Decorate all your accessories - bags are just the beginning!

How do I customise a handbag?
It is a really straightforward process to customise a handbag from Fresh Honey for your child or a child close to you!
All you need to do is use our Customise It tool to select the style and colour of the handbag that would best suit their style and personality.
We have a range of amazing handbags on our site for you to choose from! Then simply drag the icons and letters you would like to have on the bag and make sure you have placed them where you would like them to be. Once you are happy with your design, add it to your cart and follow the checkout process. We accept a wide variety of payment options including Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Once we receive your child’s personalised handbag order, our team of expert sewers will get to work putting it together!
