CUSTOMISED BAGS

Customised bags are not eligible for return unless faulty or not as ordered. 

If you believe your item to be faulty/not as ordered, please take a photo of the issue and send it through to customercare@freshhoney.co and we will assess it. If it's eligible for return we will give you return instructions. 

NON-CUSTOMISED BAGS/ALL OTHER ORDERS

Your order is eligible for return within 30 days. 

As long as the item has tags attached, is unworn and unused, we will accept your return. Please email customercare@freshhoney.co for return instructions.

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Email us within 14 days of receipt of the products at customercare@freshhoney.co 

2. We’ll give you return instructions. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order.

3. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs to our office in Sydney, Australia. You're best off sending via Registered Post with insurance to make sure they get back to us safely. Fresh Honey will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods if you don't use registered post with insurance. 

4. Once the return has been processed you will either be supplied with the exchange item/s or refund. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
