Horrible customer service

I ordered a bag end of Dec to be sent an email it’s being made then got an email that I will be refunded for two letters in a 4 letter name. I have emailed numerous times asking what is going on as I needed this for my nieces birthday and still no response! So my guess is they have taken my $ and I will receive no bag!
