I got the sophia camera bag for my daughter as present from santa. After 2 wears, the glue between the fabric and the backing wearing off from the bag so its all wrinkly. Its very hard to explain to a 9 yr old how something that came from Santa is such a poor quality. The worse is I contacted Fresh Honey immediately that is perhaps this one is a faulty product and never got a reply.
The bag and product is great, however as it was a present and no tracking or delivery occurred 3 weeks after order, I found all email contact failed, including social media contact. At that point I commence a request for refund and had to buy another present to replace this. Happened to arrive just the day before. Very disappointing customer service and will definitely be wary using them again.

I ordered this for my 7yo nieces birthday present. I ordered it too late and it didn’t arrive in time BUT IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! She had it stuffed full of treasures in no time and I haven’t seen her without it since. Thanks Fresh Honey, I’m the best Aunty ever apparently!
I bought this bag for my 8 year old daughters birthday as she wanted a bag with her initials on it. Only place I could find somewhere that does this. She absolutely loves it and the quality of both the bag and the initials are amazing. Would definitely recommend!
