WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered a child’s backpack with name and it took weeks to arrive. I live in Sydney, and ordered based off “Handmade in Sydney” advertising. The quality of the bag is beautiful I have to commend that… BUT they spelled the name incorrectly, meaning I couldn’t give it to a birthday girl I’d bought it for, upon requesting they fix it for me I’ve had minimal response and am still chasing. Huge disappointment for a $130 Children’s backpack- would NOT RECOMMEND
