Bag glue came off within 2 wears which make it all wrinkly

I got the sophia camera bag for my daughter as present from santa. After 2 wears, the glue between the fabric and the backing wearing off from the bag so its all wrinkly. Its very hard to explain to a 9 yr old how something that came from Santa is such a poor quality. The worse is I contacted Fresh Honey regarding the matter that is perhaps it is a faulty product and never got a reply.
